Anna Kyoyama (恐山アンナ Kyōyama Anna) is the main female protagonist of the Soulbound fanfiction series. She was orphaned by Yokai and adopted by the Asakura Temple. She was trained by them in the way of spiritual arts and the Asakura quickly realized she could be a Shaman prodigy.
Appearance[]
Anna is a young teenage girl with shoulder-length blonde hair and amber-colored eyes. She normally wears a red bandanna on her head a black dress on her body. She keeps a rosary beaded necklace around her neck for summoning and shamanic spells. Her normal outfit is completed by wooded sandals with red straps and a beaded bracelet on her right wrist.
She wears her school uniform only when at school and often removes her bandana when relaxing.
Personality[]
Anna is a very serious and quiet person who often seems disconnected and aloof. She comes off as harsh and very direct to most people her age. Anna almost appears emotionless at times but she's very dedicated to earning her place in the Asaura temple and the world of Shamans, so she takes her studies very seriously.
History[]
Anna was orphaned by a Yokai attack that took her parents from her. Following the incident, Anna was adopted in the Asakura Temple. It was quickly discovered that Anna's Soul Wound unlocked an innate talent for the Shamanic Arts. Her Soul Wavelength and her supernatural senses have always been very high.
When Tamao was adopted into the household years later, Anna made her first friend and they grew up as sisters under Yohmei and Kino.

1,080 Rosary Beads: Anna uses her Rosary Beads to as a medium for her Soul Wavelength. When channeling her Soul Wavelength into her beads, Anna enters a trance. While in this state, she can connect to other wavelengths to get visions of the past and future. She can also summon her desired Shikigami while in the trance.
Powers and Abilities[]
Strong Soul Wavelength: Ever since receiving her Soul Wound, Anna has developed a very strong Soul Wavelength. This comes with high spiritual sensitivity, granting her precognitive abilities. Her spiritual capacity is very high, allowing her to use a multitude of spells and summons without getting tired.
- Great Wavelength Control: Anna excels in Soul Perception, able to read everyone's heart and emotions around her. She knows how to manipulate her wavelength to summons spirits in addition to using Shamanic spells of a wide variety.
- Jujutsu Expert: Anna is a prodigy for her age, able to use several different Shamanic Spells in battle with quick succession. She can use multiple spells in conjunction with each other and her Shikigami, creating a unique way in which to attack and incapacitate her opponents.
